Application Guidelines

1. Fill Your Registration Form.

2. Submit the Form.

3. Take note of your Serial Number, Reference Number and Applicant ID.

4. Print APPLICATION SUMMARY PAGE and PAY4ME ACKNOWLEDGEMENT SLIP  (Note that your Transaction ID is on this Slip).

5. Visit any Branch of the following banks: Access Bank, United Bank for Africa,Sterling Bank,Union Bank and Fidelity Bank for Payment with the Slip.

6. Print Acknowledgement Cards and Attestation Cards using Applicant ID, Reference Number and Validation Number
